How much does delivery cost?

All our prices include delivery charges. The default price includes UK postage – if you select a location outside the UK, the price will change to reflect the increased postage costs.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we do. When you order an item, you must use a drop-down box to select your location – this will change the price because it includes the delivery charge (the increase represents the actual additional cost of posting overseas).

When will my order be delivered?

We try to post orders with Royal Mail within two to three working days. Occasionally this may take longer if staff are on expedition, for example, but most postings are prepared for despatch on the same day that the order is received (note, however, that our local post office is only open from Monday to Thursday so most despatches are made on those days). If your order is time-critical, please contact us before placing the order and we will do our best to help. Can I have my order delivered to my work address?

Yes, this is an option during checkout. You will have set up your Invoice address (usually your home address - your confirmation e-mails and pdf invoice will be sent here) during Registration, so you need to add any other addresses you wish to use to Your Account. You will have the chance to do this during checkout, but you may find it easier to do so in Your Account before placing an order.

The delivery options I need are not available. What do I do?
