When you check which issues you require, note that:

• Issues (1) to (39) were published in a small format and will not fit current binders
• From issue (40) onwards all issues are A4
• Issue (57) for March 1984 was misnumbered (56) on the cover (but is correctly numbered inside)
• Issue (66) for October 1985 was correctly numbered, but mis-dated as September
• Issue (83) for August 1988 was misnumbered (82) on the cover
