Cave Pearls of Meghalaya Vol. 2

The second volume in a planned three volume set (of which the first two are published so far, up to 2018) covering exploration on the North Shnongrim Ridge and the Liat Prah system of Meghalaya, India. As with the first volume, editing is by Thomas Arbenz and the majority of the content is given over to surveys and cave desciprtions, though sections also include geology, surveying and expedition reports. A DVD with additional details and surveys is included. This is an important work. Liat Prah is the longest cave in India.

The book is shrink-wrapped (imperfections in the cover image arise from this; this is a new book of superb quality).

A review was published in Descent (251), and is also included on this site.

Only UK destinations are permitted for ordering. If you require an overseas destination, please enquire; we can supply, but we will quote specifically for the additional postage (the quoted price here includes postage to UK destinations, only) as this is a large, heavy book at around 1.7kg.
