- How much does delivery cost?
All our prices include delivery charges. The default price includes UK postage – if you select a location outside the UK, the price will change to reflect the increased postage costs.
- Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we do. When you order an item, you must use a drop-down box to select your location – this will change the price because it includes the increased delivery charge (the increase represents the actual additional cost of posting overseas).
- When will my order be delivered?
We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries. We try to post orders within two to three working days. Occasionally this may take longer if we are on expedition, for example, but most postings are prepared for despatch on the same day that the order is received. If your order is time-critical, please contact us before placing it and we will do our best to help. - Can I have my order delivered to another address?
Yes, you may choose a different address during checkout; this is perfect for sending a gift to someone else, or having your own order sent to a work address. You will have set up your Invoice address (usually your home address – your confirmation e-mails and pdf invoice will be sent here, and this must match the address registered with your bank for your credit or debit card) during Registration. You can add other addresses in My Account and select one for delivery as you require.
- The delivery options I need are not available. What do I do?
